My three favourite things from this course:

Google docs - I can see this reducing duplication of effort.
RSS & newsreaders - I signed on to iGoogle using my Gmail account and set up my page to show my email & RSS news feeds that I check frequently.
Big Huge Labs - I really enjoyed manipulating my photographs!

I have been browsing through the 2012 Wiki and have found it quite interesting. It is sort of a clearing house of 2012 lore.
